Finance Executive Full Time NEW
We’re looking for a Finance Executive with Netsuite experience to join our team in Dubai.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage invoicing, credit notes, and statements of account.
- Export and update financial records in Netsuite and Xero.
- Track payments, investigate delays, and handle returned checks.
- Create payment links, allocate payments, and share receipts with customers.
- Deposit checks and update bank statements.
- Assist with accounting, tax invoice reviews, and general financial tasks.
- Support sales by setting up customer, billing, and subscription accounts.
- Follow up on due invoices and escalate those to our collection agency if must.
- Handle administrative tasks like uploading invoices to portals and managing payment systems.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience in finance operations and working experience in SaaS business, with tools such as Netsuite and Xero.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Great communication skills.
