F&B Supervisor Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards.
• Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to food and beverage staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee inventory management, stock control, and the proper handling of food and beverage items to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion sizes to meet brand and guest expectations.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication between the kitchen, service staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Guest Relations: Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience, from greeting and seating to order taking and food delivery.
• Shift Management: Manage shift schedules and ensure staffing levels are appropriate for service demands.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in handling administrative duties such as inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Appearance: Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.
