Sales Manager Full Time

Position Overview:
Skyline Medical Requisites Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the dental and medical equipment industry, with a proven track record of success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the dental and medical equipment sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed company sales goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support post-sales service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UAE market, specifically in dental and medical equipment sales.
• Strong knowledge of dental and medical equipment, with an understanding of the specific needs of the healthcare industry.
• Proven sales performance and ability to meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
