Job Description
Sales Management:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region to grow the customer base.
Collaborate with the sales team to align branch operations with sales target achievements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Team Leadership:
Leading and managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure Set targets are met for the site in coordination with the National sales manager and Area Managers
Operational Efficiency:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity in coordination with central logistics
Quality Control:
Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and that operations comply with company policies and regulations.
Safety Management:
Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Budget Management:
Overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring that operations remain within budget in coordination with National sales Manager and Area Managers
Communication:
Coordinating with other departments and ensuring effective communication within the operations team.
Problem Solving:
Quickly address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise.
Skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations/sales management, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
Strong understanding of Sales, inventory management, and branch operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
