If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Specialist III at Seattle Aviation Solutions in Dubai. This position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on site, with working hours from 9 PM to 5 AM IST.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients in the aviation industry to establish new business opportunities.
· Develop account strategies to align with client goals and objectives and identify opportunities for growth
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating updates, project status and any issues that arise
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing client
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges and objectives.
· Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our offerings.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
· Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
· Monitor progress against sales metrics, such as quote volume, quote conversion, avg. number of orders per customers, sales volume, cancellation rate, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation sector
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor’s degree.
