Silver Line Gate Foodstuff Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and update shipment tracking systems to provide real-time updates.
- Prepare and review documentation related to shipments, including invoices and customs forms.
- Resolve any logistical challenges or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.
- Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations is a plus.
