Job Description

IT Operations

• Provide technical support to staff by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.






• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist in managing network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support the setup and management of email accounts and servers.
• Assist in ensuring data backup, security, and privacy compliance.
• Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Provide support for hardware repairs and software updates.
• Assist with training users on new technologies and software tools.
• Document IT issues and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, office software, and hardware components.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
