Job Description
- General Administration & management of day to day operations of the hospital.
- Human resources management, accomodation for employees, Insurance matters, quality improvement, planning & implementation of new projects. Frame & implement policy & procedures for the hospital. .
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the hospital.
- Ensure patient services are run smoothly & without any problems.
- Attend to patient feedbacks & complaints.
- Business development & corporate affairs.
- Liase with insurance & corporate companies for agreements, invoicing & payments.
- Plan, organize & implement new projects like HIS, JCIA, Dialysis Unit etc.
- Provide reports & information to corporate office.
- Performance evaluation, disciplinary cases, promotion & employee motivation.
- Any other matter assigned by the CEO, Executive Directors, VP (Operations) & Medical Director.
Qualifications
- University Graduate.
- A degree in Hospital Administration is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in managing a hospital or health centre at a senior level.
- Good English spoken & written, Arabic language advantageous/ desirable but not essential.
