Position Summary:

As an Assistant Manager – Outlet, you will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the assigned outlet while upholding Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi’s brand standards and strategies. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, managing the outlet as an independent profit center, and achieving financial success within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold brand standards and operating concepts to maintain the luxury image of the outlet.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Manage and motivate the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
• Oversee inventory management, including food and beverage stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in creating and implementing promotional events to attract guests.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in a 5-star luxury resort or stand-alone high-end venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial management and budget planning.
• Ideally already based in the UAE.
