IT Portfolio Manager Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services.






• Identify areas for improvement in IT service management processes and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex IT issues and incidents.
• Oversee change management processes to minimize disruptions to IT services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT service delivery.
• Work closely with CX team on volumetric customer complaints triggered from failures in the bank IT systems for remediation and service improvement plans.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges, define technology solutions to address Business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3-4 years of similar job experience
• University degree (preferably in IT / Engineering field)
• International exposure will be an added advantage
• Experience in high-end Tech companies, Banks, Consulting firms
• Earlier experience in IT service management roles, such as IT service desk manager or IT operations manager.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams in an IT environment.
• Experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Earlier involvement in change management initiatives within IT organizations.
• Experience coordinating the resolution of IT incidents and minimizing service disruptions.
