Asst. Accountant Full Time

GIRBAU is a leader in the global laundry industry, providing cutting-edge solutions and services. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join our finance department.

Salary: AED 3,000-3,500
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and other financial records regularly.
• Export/Import Documentation: Handle financial processes related to export/import activities in the trading industry.
• VAT Compliance: Prepare VAT reports and ensure adherence to UAE tax regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and reporting inventory-related financial data.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, summaries, and other records as required by the management.
• Audit Support: Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary financial data and documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an accountant in the UAE, preferably in the export/import or trading industry.
• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial processes in trading/export/import industries.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
