Junior Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate posting to the accounting system.
• General Ledger Management: Assist with the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and ensure they align with financial data and records.
• Payroll Support: Provide assistance with payroll preparation and employee-related financial tasks.
• Tax and Compliance: Assist with VAT filing, tax reports, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist Senior Accountants: Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting activities, including financial analysis, budgeting, and audit preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
