IT Project Manager Full Time
What You’ll Do
-
- Lead and manage the Business Enablement Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using Generative AI.
- Ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Manage the Center of Excellence team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate across the tech teams, including IT Operations, Enterprise Technology, and Information Security.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and IT project management.
- Lead and manage the Business Enablement Center of Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What Are We Looking For
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a Business Enablement or Center of Excellence environment.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their applications in business.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Experience with the following tools is a plus:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Copilot / Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Modern Workplace Stack
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
