Sales Coordinator Full Time

As a Sales Coordinator at Bulgari Resort Dubai, you will provide vital support to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will handle administrative tasks, promote brand awareness, assist with sales processes, and maintain effective communication with guests and colleagues.




Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support
   • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, sending emails or faxes, and photocopying.
   • Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and event orders.
   • Assemble and distribute promotional materials and information packages (e.g., brochures).
2. Sales Operations
   • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads) using sales software.
   • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining customer loyalty.
3. Customer Engagement
   • Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via telephone and email.
   • Answer guest questions about hotel services, rates, promotions, and events.
   • Welcome and assist customers in accordance with Bulgari’s luxury service standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication
   • Foster positive relationships with team members and assist colleagues in achieving common goals.
   • Use clear, courteous, and professional language in all written and verbal communications.
5. Brand Integrity & Compliance
   • Adhere to all brand policies and standards, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
   • Uphold quality standards and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
6. Physical Requirements
   • Move, lift, carry, pull, and place items weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of related work experience in sales, hospitality, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
