The Chef De Cuisine (Lao Asian Cuisine) you will bring creativity, authenticity, and a deep knowledge of traditional and modern Asian culinary techniques. This role demands excellence in leadership, menu creation and the ability to provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests while managing food cost controls.

A Chef de Cuisine contributes to menu creation and the managing and training of the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience while managing food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
