Land Surveyor Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic surveys and set out design levels, profiles, and horizontal alignments.






• Verify data, perform calculations, and prepare working drawings.
• Supervise and inspect construction activities related to surveying, including earthwork, road construction, and utility installations.
• Coordinate with project team members and authorities to resolve field issues and propose changes when necessary.
• Prepare daily activity reports, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and conduct quality control inspections.
• Manage survey control points and benchmarks, including observations of vertical control data.
• Research and interpret legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify property boundaries.
• Calculate quantities for survey works and assist in preparing snag lists before project handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience overall Al Ain experience is advantageous Recognized degree in required field of expertise.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in comparable roads and bridges projects.
