Job Description
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (creative, production, strategy) and external partners (vendors, brokers, influencers), ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines. Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and key partners, facilitating effective communication to enhance marketing initiatives and audience engagement.
Project Coordination & Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure all project milestones are achieved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies that support the full inventory lifecycle, from initial promotions to ongoing broker engagement and audience expansion.
Event Management & Content Development: Coordinate and oversee broker-focused events, influencer activities, and content creation initiatives, managing logistics and on-the-ground operations to ensure successful execution. Work with creative teams and production houses to develop impactful, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences throughout the property lifecycle.
Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage relationships with vendors and content creators, overseeing negotiations, deliverables, and quality control to meet project standards. Engage brokers and influencers with targeted content and marketing materials tailored to promote inventory across various lifecycle stages.
Data-Driven Reporting & Optimization: Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide insightful reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Use data to inform decision-making and propose enhancements to future marketing strategies, supporting continual optimization of team efforts.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively address challenges, proposing solutions to maintain seamless project execution and enhance team workflows. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
