Sales Executive Full Time

Role Overview:

Safco Fresh is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in the fresh fruits and vegetables industry who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the fresh produce category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the UAE.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales within the fresh fruits and vegetables category.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the fresh produce market in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
