Key Account Manager Full Time

We’re excited to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Key Account Manager – Oncology based in the UAE. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Oncology Business Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the oncology/hematology field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Knowledge and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth scientific knowledge and understanding of the oncology market, competition, and our product portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges and develop strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans and execute sales tactics and strategies focused on product awareness, increasing adoption, and growing the market share of our oncology product line in the UAE.
  • Achieve required sales force effectiveness parameters in the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with TAEs, Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote our registered oncology products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, providing them with scientific information and updates on our products.
• Performance Reporting:
  • Report portfolio performance to the Oncology BU Members and CFT, providing critical updates during monthly brand team meetings.
  • Align BU members on country-specific market updates and strategic priorities.
• Analytical Approach:
  • Conduct regular analysis of product usage and stock levels to ensure consistent patient supply and prevent shortages.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate actively and effectively with the Oncology Cross-Functional Team to develop and execute strategic customer-focused initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pharmacist with proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, at least 3 Years Experience.
• Oncology or Hematology experience is a must , preferably both.
• Highly self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, independently, and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong personality, results-driven with excellent time management and priority-setting skills.
• Highly articulate and persuasive during both formal and informal presentations; able to convey complex scientific ideas fluently to diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Tenacious, solution-focused, and highly resilient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as per business needs.
