FM Engineer (Electrical) Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced FM Engineer (Electrical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical systems within facilities, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical expertise for project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Support facility management projects and ensure their successful execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination, project management, or electrical engineering within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
