Job Description:

J5 Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Accountant with a proven track record to manage and oversee end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience, team management skills, and industry-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and oversee a team of finance professionals effectively.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation tasks.
• Provide insights to optimize financial performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional team management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
