Talent Acquisition Executive Full Time

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing team by overseeing recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This position is based in Dubai.




Duties:

• Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring alignment with Minimalist’s brand and role requirements.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability for roles.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and other essential documentation for new hires.
• Oversee PRO responsibilities, including visa and permit acquisition, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with visa and permit processes (PRO experience is an advantage).
