Guest Relations Agent Full Time

what you will do

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests.
  
  
  
• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests.
• Adds personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to cater to an international clientele.
