Assistant Accountant Full Time

Role Description:
Consegna Delivery Service LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This full-time on-site role involves managing day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation. The Assistant Accountant will also support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with financial software and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
