Job Description
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Apple products and services.
- Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
- Drive sales by effectively showcasing Apple products and upselling when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on Apple’s product lineup, specifications, and software updates.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of available inventory and product availability
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Apple products
- Work towards achieving personal and team sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Prior sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or retail.
Passion for technology and Apple products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
