Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor our Business Development Managers (BDMs) across three offices in the UAE and KSA. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), the Sales Manager will take ownership of our regional sales strategy, drive growth, and be instrumental in developing our CRM as a cornerstone of the sales operation. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who excels in coaching, networking, and maintaining flexibility to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
