Pure Ice Cream Co. LLC (PIC) is a leading producer in the FMCG sector, dedicated to providing high-quality ice cream products. We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Sharjah. Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing and Reconciliation: Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Vendor Payment Management: Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors while managing all payment-related records.
• Supplier Communication: Collaborate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve payment-related queries.
• Monthly Closing and Reporting: Assist in the accounts payable closing and reporting activities at month-end.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in Accounts Payable, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
