Junior Accountant Full Time

Job Overview:
Awalem Media is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in financial record-keeping and transaction management. Candidates should have proficiency in Zoho Books and a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals.

Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours) / Part-Time (6 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Record daily transactions with attention to detail.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Support tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare invoices and quotations as needed.
• Oversee petty cash management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Familiarity with Zoho Books is preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
