Job Description
Merman Shipping is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial documents and ensuring accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial documents, including invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Complete financial reports on a regular basis.
- Manage day-to-day transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and maintenance of accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
