Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VDI, Active Directory, O365, MS Teams, and other IT applications.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing tools effectively.
• Assist in maintaining user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve user experience.
• Document issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Proficiency in VDI, Active Directory, O365, MS Teams, and ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users and team members.
