Position Summary:
As an Assistant Guest Relations Manager, your primary role is to ensure an exceptional guest experience by responding to guest inquiries, confirming reservations, and providing guests with comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities. You will also handle special guest requests, coordinate arrangements (e.g., transportation, entertainment, or spa services), and collaborate with various departments to address guest needs effectively.
In addition, you will work closely with the management team to improve department performance by implementing new ideas and procedures. You will also oversee daily tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
