Duties and responsibilities
Worker Welfare and Counseling:
Provide emotional support and counseling to workers, addressing their concerns and promoting mental well-being.
Foster a positive working environment by actively engaging with workers and addressing any issues promptly.
Project Culture:
Promote a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive project culture.
Encourage teamwork and mutual understanding among workers from diverse backgrounds.
Internal Events:
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to enhance morale and togetherness.
Camp Welfare:
Oversee camp facilities, amenities, and living conditions to ensure worker comfort.
Internal Communication Tools:
Create and manage an internal newsletter to share updates, achievements, and important information.
Develop contents for an intranet platform for seamless communication within the project team.
Knowledge & Qualifications
A university degree in Psychology is a must
