The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our B2B eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing within the B2B eCommerce space, with a strong understanding of online sales and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement digital marketing plans to enhance online presence and drive business growth.
o Manage multi-channel marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
o Optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
• eCommerce Focus:
o Oversee digital marketing initiatives specific to the B2B eCommerce platform.
o Develop strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and convert visitors into customers.
o Analyze and optimize eCommerce metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
• Content Creation & Management:
o Create and manage compelling content for the website, blog, and email campaigns.
o Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
o Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and key performance indicators.
o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and effective implementation.
o Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B eCommerce platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategy.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with B2B ecommerce is highly desirable.
