As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASTUDIO, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and company website to attract potential candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote ASTUDIO’s employer brand through various channels and ensure a strong online presence to attract top talent.
