What You Will Do
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager, supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, responsible for hiring all roles (except exec level) across the JCI enterprise. This is a regional role responsible for multiple countries.
You will work closely with your manager and key stakeholders to consult on staffing strategy and influence hiring practices. To deliver on these objectives, you supervise your team, manage capacity, build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles, and deliver to KPI’s. You remain a productive member of the TA COE, personally responsible for complex or more senior requisitions.
